Journey through the Mountains

While in Peru we took a trip to the Peruvian jungle to the city of San Ramon, which is located in The Chanchamayo Valley. On the way to San Ramon we traveled through the Andes Mountains. We reached an altitude of 4000m (13,000 ft). We went through several towns, including La Oroya and Tarma. This area was extremely beautiful! We had the chance to hike through the jungle and see several amazing waterfalls.
